About these terms

These websites are operated by Manhotra Consulting, which offers the Prabandh software ("we", "us"). By using the websites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the sites.

These terms cover the websites only. If your company subscribes to Prabandh, its use of the product is governed by its own agreement with us, and that agreement prevails over anything on these websites.

What the content is for

The websites describe Prabandh so that you can decide whether to talk to us. We work to keep them accurate and say plainly what each module does not do, but the content is general information, not an offer, a contract or professional advice. Features, packages and availability can change; what your company receives is what its agreement and order set out.

• Screens, videos and figures show demonstration companies. The brands, people and numbers in them are illustrative.
• Where a page says a connection runs on a simulator, or lists something under "not included", that describes the product as it is today.
• Nothing on the websites is tax, legal or accounting advice. Confirm statutory matters with your own advisers.
• Prices are given by inquiry. A price is binding only when it is in a signed order or agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, screenshots, videos, graphics and software of the websites, and the Prabandh name and logo, belong to Manhotra Consulting or to those who have licensed them to us. Photographs used in our demonstration shops are licensed and credited to their creators. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of Prabandh and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell or use the content to build a competing product without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When you use the websites, you agree not to:

• send false, misleading or someone else's details through our forms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the websites, our systems or anyone's data, or test their security without our written permission;
• interfere with the websites, overload them, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape or harvest content or personal data in bulk, except by search engines and assistants that respect our robots.txt;
• use the websites for anything unlawful.

If you find a security weakness, please tell us at contact@prabandh.in so that we can fix it.

Links to other sites

The websites link to other sites, such as YouTube, LinkedIn and the login pages of our products. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Your information

When you send us an inquiry we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The websites are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about them and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the websites or your reliance on their content, including loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations under a signed customer agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies when you use the websites.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before going to court, please write to us; most questions are settled by a conversation.
