Security and trust

Your data is yours, and every change is on record.

What the product does today, stated plainly.

Each company is its own

Every query in the system is scoped to your company. One customer cannot read another customer's data, by design and not by convention.

Access by role and by row

Start from preset roles or define your own, per object: create, read, update, delete. Row-level scope means a person sees only their own customers, units or locations.

A permanent audit trail

Who changed what, and when, is recorded and kept. Accounting entries are reversed, never deleted.

Maker-checker and period locks

Journals can require a second approver, and closed periods cannot be edited. Claimants cannot approve their own expenses.

Signatures with evidence

Each e-signature records the signer, the time, the network address, the browser and a fingerprint of the document.

Built for India's data-protection law

Identity numbers are masked, consent is recorded, and access to personal data is logged. We say "built for", not "compliant": compliance is something you and your counsel assess for your own processing.

Questions for your security review

Hosting location, backup and recovery targets, penetration-test reports and single sign-on are discussed during the demo process, so we can answer them for your specific deployment rather than with a general statement. Ask in your inquiry.
